Jumbo Side Sleeper Body Pillow

I tried contacting customer support at cushion lab three times. The first time was a question asking how long I need to leave it out to let it air out/fluff up. No answer. The second time I was asking about how small the pillow actually is, because my knees touch when using it, and if it's supposed to be that small or not. The third time was just a review on their website. However, they never posted it or responded to it. It was a generous review, giving 4 stars instead, but the only way I got them to respond was posting a public comment on their Facebook page. Then they responded within the hour. So, because of their customer service and the pillow is nowhere near as thick as it looks? That is the reason for the rating.

I have had the body pillow for over a week now and I use it every night. The cover is soft and keeps cool so it feels fantastic to embrace. Seems like a solid staple for side sleepers.

i love the cooling fabric and the size but it's much squishier/flatter than i expected it to be from the pictures/from the other cushion lab pillow i have. it's not quite plump enough to support my shoulder while sleeping, so i still get pins and needles. not a total bust, but i was kinda disappointed.
