Poor Implementation, could invest in production and app delivery Content is probably good just not worth the $99 a year

My wife and I are in our mid 60s and I finally pulled the trigger to get it after checking it out for months. I'm a disabled veteran with strength and physical limitations and it's helped me get some good stretch in with my physical therapy sessions. We're about one-third of the way in to the CastleFit exercise beginner program and it's helped us a lot in getting all the stretches in properly. One of the best purchases I've made for my health. Thank you

Just started the 30 day beginners program. So far so good for both my wife and I who are in our mid-60s. It does help with stretching that I had problems with before. Love everything so far regarding product and training videos.
