Love adding a little extra dangly earring to my collection. I did have to alter the earring on the lobe because the chains were getting tangled and I was struggling to close the earring but since then it has been fine to take off and put on. The clip-on itself does hurt my cartilage but I think it's just me having sensitive ears since I've had that issue with other clip-ons in the past. It is super cute though and it only hurts if I touch it, but otherwise no complaints here.
