*THIS ITEM IS NOT 1/2" ON THE INSIDE. 1/2" is the approximate outer dimension. Because it is a braided product, the dimensions change based on how tight is pulled. It is a different braid than the Slinky Drifter cord that used to be available. Our customers that used the 3/8" Slinky Drifter have been using this 1/2" as a replacement.
