I am presently working on a project my first experience using the Heavy Merino yarn from Knitting for Olive. 100% ( non super wash) merino wool. I opted to pair with the corresponding KFO silk mohair and so far it is lovely to work with, easy on the hands and provides very good stitch definition. The yarn shade is a deep dark slightly dusty semi sweet chocolate. Perfect when you want soft thick knit for extra warmth in cold weather. We shall see if it softens and blooms after blocking.
