The shipping time in all honesty wasnt bad at all. Dont let the reviews on instagram and tiktok haunt you! Their customer service was amazing. I admit I got worried at first. After ordering I started to see the “it’s not worth it” - “doesn’t live up to the hype” - “smells bad” comments. So I emailed them. Within hours, not days hours I got a reply. They even did a back up reply after the package was delivered.
