this order was shipped on Jan 4. According to the Fed Ex tracking system it left their Ellenwood, Ga location at 3;22 on 12/5. Today is 12/18 and I have not received the sweater. I contacted your customer service people on 12/15, they contacted Fed Ex and told me to wait until I hear from Fed Ex. I have heard nothing from your customer service or Fed Ex since.
