Basic Shikifuton Tatami Mat Bundle - Queen Size

Love it! So comfortable

I had great customer service. I received the wrong size and was able to reach someone to arrange a pick up for the wrong size and received the correct size promptly. Unfortunately my tatami mats came with damaged packaging which also damaged the tatami mats. Not sure how that could have been prevented because I don't know what the condition of the mats were prior to transit. Despite the minor damage, the tatami mats are durable and solid. I think they will hold up quite well for what I intend to use them for. I really like the 4" futon and I think it's made with good quality. I got a queen size and it's a heavy futon. Not as heavy as a bed but it's a foldable, so it can feel awkward maneuvering it. It felt like a workout setting it up, but I'm also not in shape so that could just be a me issue.
