Love this cute backpack!!!! Daughter loves it also. Giving 4 stars & not 5 : ( Crossing fingers for next backpack purchase) Husband has complained about issues with straps/clip pieces- saying they come loose/undone and off all the time and having to fix them on the daily. Daughter did come home one day with a fallen off clip. Only complaint. We love otherwise.
