The product itself is excellent and I highly recommend it. However, the shipping and delivery process is extremely frustrating. My previous order took nearly three weeks to arrive, which was already disappointing. Unfortunately, I placed another order over a week ago, and it still hasn’t even been shipped. Delays can happen, but this seems to be a recurring issue. The quality of the product keeps me coming back, but the excessively long processing and shipping times seriously make me reconsider future purchases. A great product deserves a much better customer experience.

No me gusta el producto, estoy suscrita y me llego un segundo paquete que lo estoy tratando de devolver y no lo he logrado. Necesito saber como se puede devolver, estoy aun en menos de 30 días de recibido el paquete y no he recibido respuesta del customer service. Cuando voy a Manage Subscription no logro llegar a nada y ya me tiene un poco molesta!
