The flavor was almost in between a sweet, spicy, mango zest. Really good. Texture was good. Since the cuts doesn’t contain even layer between the meat and fat I consider this to be a little pricy for a 5 oz pack that has more fat than meat.

the “Spicy” flavor is spicy, no joke, but it still have that flavorful sweet and savory taste. I've tried many brands of jerky and you guys make one of the best in the Bay Area! Love the crispiness, that fatty from the brisket, and flavors! Always my go to jerky.
