Haven’t received it yet

Received an email “We fulfilled your order from our store soft n' fat 14 days ago and would love to get your feedback.” This order has not shipped yet and you’re asking me to review it. Probably fix these automated email requests. I actually sent an email yesterday asking when this would ship became I’m moving soon and didn’t expect this to take nearly 2 weeks to ship.
