Great Sounds, but the presets don’t work with Ableton 12

So I got this, and It sounds awesome, however I cannot get the kits to load in drum rack in Ableton. I followed the instructions to the letter and I still get “Samples missing” message. I sent you guys a message about a week ago, and haven’t heard anything back. Would love to use this to it’s full potential but can’t seem to get it to work for me.
