I want to mention just how great the service was for the product. I was given two replacements due to issues and it went super smoothly. Costumer support was the best. And all the products are high quality. Ordering from here is so convenient and they’re so nice.

After one wear, the rubber gasket in it shifted and made it so the post cannot go through the hole in the back piece and left it unwearable. I was able to shift it to where I can wear it again, but something is off and the resistance is less than my good one, so the gasket is likely damaged. Was really hoping for better longevity at such a high price point.

I got the gold and it looks great. It's a touch heavy as my ear lobe gets a bit sore after a day of wear. But it's worth it! So cool. So many compliments.
