UDL 2011 Combat Master Shell Ejector Soft Bullet Gun

Almost 2 months after placing my order, I still haven't received everything I paid for. The products were marketed as premium, yet they use cheap plastic internal parts and suffered constant jams, misfires, feeding issues, and other malfunctions right out of the box. The worst part was customer service. Instead of taking responsibility, they claimed the products were not defective and implied that my expectations or understanding of what "premium" means were the problem. If a product arrives broken or malfunctions repeatedly, don't expect AKAG Toys to accept responsibility. Not recommended.
