Bike was packaged well and easy to assemble. With one exception. The seat post binder bolt seized up. Took forever to break it free.

Great Experience

Ordered online and went into the local Parker, CO location to pick up a torque wrench. They were out of them. Just wanted to check for the torque wrench but the guy at the service counter took some time to inform me about my new bike that I bought, give me assembly tips, and even talk about some cool places to ride around the area. I was trying not to waste his time as I was not purchasing in store, but he just wanted to help me anyway because he was a good guy. Awesome experience. Will buy from that store
