It has taken much time and experimentation, but I think they are adjustable enough to work for me. One problem: the bars my pegs are mounted to slant inward towards the bottom, making the pegs point slightly downward. I'm hoping I can grind a 'slant' on the threaded end to make them level. Doing this yourselves, or adding wedges to the packaging, would be helpful. Time will tell if they are made of robust-enough material to justify the cost.

The qualmount system looks like the best highway peg set up out there for the Moto Guzzi v85. Installation is straight forward. QM recommends the use of anti-seize compound on bolt threads and friction tape underneath QM clamps make sure to follow these instructions. The pegs provided with the QM system are inexpensive generic pegs. The pegs are too short in length, offer zero vibration dampening and cannot be angled toward the rider for a more comfortable relaxed neutral ergonomic position. I'm searching for a replacement peg but it will involve some QM mods to peg mounting hole. A set of Kuryakin pegs would have been ideal for this QM application. Oh well.

High quality except for footpegs. I don't understand why I paid over $300 for the mounts and the footpegs are cheap and flimsy.
In my opinion the footpegs should mirror the quality of the mounts for that much money.
The mounts are 5 star, the footpegs 3, so I rated it 4 star thinking a 3 star rating would be cruel, kinda like cheap, flimsy components.
