28" Adjustable LED Plant Light

These lights have the exact right spectrum and ability to set intensity; plants love them. There is, however, a few minor issues in working with them. The first is that if they get plugged in side-by-side, they will generate too much heat, which will eventually kill the programming aspect (however, manual off/on should still work). Give each base a little air circulation and this doesn't happen. Another issue is that they are sized for smaller plants only; I had hoped to be able to offer my 25-year-old 6 foot tall Norfolk Island Pine and my (getting fairly massive) 30 year old Cycad some supplemental light, however these lights are far too small; I would have to rig a way to somehow suspend them. But for what they are, they are awesome, and I hold some hope for (perhaps?) a modified system available at some future time that could be adapted for larger plants as well. Be careful with where you plug them, and check regularly for heat, and you too should love these handy little plant lights.

Nice light, my only issue is that when i run it at full power the usb power block gets quite hot - hotter than any other device I have that uses these. For this reason I only run it at the 2nd highest setting which really linits the value.

I really like the slim profile and ability to project light where needed. It attaches to pots easily and securely. My orchids love it! I purchased both the white and black. Very pleased with these!
