Buen producto por su precio, pero con algún problema de comunicación co la App

Me parece un buen producto por el precio que ha sido adquirido, pero he detectado que a veces no sube los registros de deporte. Aparecen en el reloj pero no lo sube. Ha pasado exclusivamente 2 veces en 3 semanas, pero no encuentro la causa, por eso he dado 4 estrellas. De cualquier modo creo que merece la pena, al menos de momento con estas tres semanas de uso.

I have now received it, and I am very happy with how the whole process was managed. I really appreciate your assistance and the solution you provided. That being said, I was hoping that, considering the circumstances and the fact that I have already purchased another Mibro watch from you in the past, you might be able to offer a small additional gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately, I had already lost my previous Mibro GS Pro after the bracelet opened unexpectedly. This time, I was very concerned because I almost lost the watch again. If I had actually lost the watch, it would have been very difficult and disappointing, especially after having already experienced the same issue before. I am therefore very happy to have received the replacement bracelet, but I was honestly expecting perhaps a small complimentary accessory, discount, or another gesture from Mibro as a loyal customer. I am not making a complaint — I simply wanted to share my expectations with you and ask whether there might be something you could offer as a gesture of goodwill.
