Matte Black Alligator Round Pattern

The strap was good quality, but I was disappointed with the overall experience. I understand delays due to their busy schedule, but I was charged $15 for curved spring bars. Someone then contacted me, suggesting that curved bars might not suit my watch, so I chose straight bars, but I never received a refund for the curved bars. Additionally, the padding was changed, and I believe I was billed the same amount as for full padding when I received half padding. I specifically asked not to have the buckle installed because I had my own, but they still did it. Communication was unclear. I didn't pursue a refund for the $15 because I probably won’t buy from them again. Charging extra for curved spring bars without issuing a refund if I didn’t select that option seems odd, either don’t charge extra or be diligent about refunds if you do. These issues might seem minor, but they’ve made me unwilling to do business with them again.

Terrific quality (replaced my Camille Fournet strap with this one and far prefer this one) and the customization options are great as well. Thank you!

The matt black alligator round pattern makes a beautiful strap. It looks great on my Philippe Patek Calatrava 5119G.
