I can tell this chair is extremely high quality and well made. It lives up to its marketing the only reason I didn’t give 5/5 is because it was a little tricky to put together and is not a PERFECT fit for tall people. I am 6’2 and the chair only extends up 4 clicks before going back down to the bottom.

WRONG ITEM RECIEVED, VERY VERY UPSET, However the communication I received was absolutely perfect, I first gave a 1 star, now I am giving a 3 star. just for the professionalism and speed they handled my issue, I will review again after my replacement arrives and I have tried the chair out. So first day use at the office and I am very impressed, I am a big boy and I felt completely snug and safe in this chair, the seat is nice and wide and comfortable, the arm rest are sometimes annoying by falling a lot, but the way everything else adjusts and the comfort makes up for it, the reclining and foot rest are perfect, overall I am very I. pressed with my chair, this started off bad, but has made a complete 180 degrees change, I recommend this model, I also recommend the Sihoo brand in general.

One of the 10 screw holes for the base of the chair had a notch of metal in the screw hole, probably from the powder coat finish. It was impossible to put that screw in place. Other than that everything was fine.
