Took this fin set out first time deep in Indonesia. First session was just overhead long walls with barrel sections. Very fast left hander on a 34 liter hybrid fish. Im at 185lbs. I did use the black and clear checked set from MidFins last year at Uluwatu's, Balangan, and Impossibles on the same board. They dod provide more drive but in comparison the Jack Soren twin set felt easier to roll from rail to rail in speedy sections, allowed me to release the tail easier without sacrificing large amounts of drive. I prefer these JS fins by far in better conditions or with hybrid style twins. Something about the decently wide base, upright on the bottom half of the fin, and accelerated rake on the top half, coupled with a narrower tip works extremely well. In many cases I prefer twin set ls to be more twitchy but these had a very warm assuring feeling through my turns with the right amount of give at my weight.
