Fresh Pork

I don't know what changed in their fulfillment process, but it took FOUR tries to receive the food totally frozen. My dog has been on Ollie's for years, and this is the first time I've received boxes of thawed out food due to not enough dry ice. They were great about replacing and resending the boxes, but it took me speaking to a manager to finally receive a (mostly) frozen box (there were still a few packs on the bottom of the box that had thawed during delivery). I thought it was such a waste to have to throw away three boxes of food (eight weeks supply). Hopefully they will fix their fulfillment issues before our next delivery.

Food in the containers were gooey. My dog sniffed and turned away. I even tried mixing with current food. It didn't work for us.

We have shared these meals with multiple dogs and they all seem to enjoy it
