i like them very much the quality,style,color is top of the line they took long to receive them worth the wait and the company is great at responding

I ordered a size 13, but the shoes fit closer to a size 11. I provided photographic evidence comparing them to a properly sized 13, clearly showing the discrepancy. Despite this, the company refused to offer a reasonable resolution, insisting the shoes were correctly sized simply because they were labeled 13. A printed size doesn’t excuse inaccurate sizing. Customers shouldn’t have to pay for a company’s misleading labeling. Extremely disappointing customer service and a complete lack of accountability. I strongly caution others before purchasing.

i ordered size 11, Slighty tight would go one size up still good though
