Disappointing Pickup Experience for a Gift Order

I bought three boxes of 12 alfajores as gifts for doctors and staff at a hospital. When I arrived to pick them up, everything was packed together in one single box. It honestly makes no sense to automatically pack large orders together when they don’t know what the purchase is for. There should at least be an option to select separate packaging when ordering. When I asked for the boxes to be separated as originally requested, the service was not very friendly. I also asked if they could add a ribbon since they were gifts, and I was told rather rudely that it would cost extra. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, which is why I’m giving 3 stars. I can’t comment on the alfajores themselves because I didn’t try them.
