The image had what looked to be black ink printer smudges across it and this is the second time this has happened. I frequently use TK and most of the time the prints are perfect. I live too far away to get the prints reprinted and it’s always a time crunch. Since this was a time crunch and I do not want to lose the customer, I had to offer it at no charge.
