Titanium Band T01

Poor customer service! More than a week since I requested a replacement for the defective Ti band T01 that i received. Still no resolution by Robust Goods nor contact by customer service and ive even requested escalation to a supervisor / manager via multiple emails The issue: (1) The ends of the strap slide out of the case slots while I am wearing the watch. On a couple of occasions, the watch almost fell onto the floor but I was lucky to catch it on time. I submitted the online form requesting replacement on August 15, 2026, provided the photos of the defective band, and have not heard back from them. I also have attempted to call their customer service phone number multiple times and keep getting advised by recording to send my request via email (which i have done) or leave a VM due to the inordinate wait times. Per your replacement policy regarding quality concerns, I would like to request a Titanium band replacement. This will ensure I receive a better quality model

The Robust Titanium Band T01 for my Apple Watch arrived, fits perfectly, looks solid, feels solid and seem comfortable and reliable. Thank you, Robust......Michael
