really high quality product！

It's great, but just as the previous review mentioned, it has an issue with the chain getting stuck on the bail (the small loop on the pendant for the chain). It is more diamond shaped than round, compared to what is shown on the images here. I asked about it before ordering, and they said they had no issues with it. So I went ahead and bought it. But otherwise, it's a great product, amazing detail. I like the chain style itself, as well as the pendant. All the details, the customer service, and the eco-friendly actions they take, you can tell this company cares. I will likely order another item from them. Edited from 3 to 4 stars. I will update the review again once I wear it more often.

Fantastic piece. The loop where the necklace goes into the piece is too small for the chain it comes with. It’s hard to adjust and constantly gets tangled up and sits uneven on my chain. Very annoying. I wish the hole was just a little wider. Also, bummed they sent 3 pieces in a box, that was shipped in a bag and subsequently crushed. It was a really nice decorative box that would’ve been nice to keep on my dresser to hold all my SD rings and necklace. I’m surprised it wasn’t shipped in a small box. 😭 Especially for the price I paid for everything.
