Missing Item, No Customer Service Response. I ordered 3 towel bags, $53 each directly through the site. My tracking order says all three are delivered but my package only had two of the towels. I immediately reached out to customer service via the website. It has been a week and I still have no response. The two towels I received are super cute and look well made, but 1/3 of my order is completely missing. This would have been a 5 star review but I’ve been ignored by customer service.

Everything that they advertise is 100% accurate, great towel to take for the beach, build quality is excellent and security pouch is a great design feature. the only complaint that I could possibly put down is that the backpack is small to fit on both shoulders, theres no adjustments to the strap. I am 6'0" and 180 lbs for reference. its honestly not an issue, I just single shoulder it and it carries fine!
