Arrived broken … or non-working. I had to send video proof that it didn’t work and have about 8 emails btw me and them trying to get it resolved. Bad product, lousy customer service. So disappointed. Plus I bought $40 pack of bags to go with it that I’m stuck with they don’t replace it with one that works. You can hear it trying to work. It lights up so I know the batteries are in right. Just a bad experience all around.
