Pipe Cleaner Jewellery & Charm Projects

pipe cleaner crafts is telling me that they advertised that it's a digital download. but no they didn't advertise that or I wouldn't have purchased it twice so I paid almost $40 for something that I can't keep or use I asked them for a refund and they refused. I will never order from this company again and I will be putting a review on my Facebook

because I thought I was ordering a book in the mail
