Smooth, creamy, grassy, but not overpowering. I bought this so I can make my own match lattes at home and not spend $6-7 at Starbucks or another coffee shop. I make it lightly sweetened with honey instead of simple syrup. The matcha blends and froths nicely. Tastes great with soy and almond milks.
