Best thing that's ever happened to me buying this scooter!!

I used my Scooter last Saturday & it''s very noisey when starting off @ low speeds & seems overliy Governed downwards (sluggish) as well. I had a friend who is experienced comment on these things after he rode it as well, to give me a balanced opinion. Will be bringing into Vic Park Store as soon as I can but have visitors arriving from Overseas @ moment. Apart from that, it's all go go, even in a busy Sorrento Quay on a Weekend, Thanks.
