SlackBoard - Balance

Safe, fun and practical

Originally, I thought I would need to place a non-slip mat under the slack board as I have laminate flooring… nope, not necessary. The board has non-slip pads and it truly does not slide out of place when I “fall” off. I feel very safe being able to step off when I can not hold my balance, which is often but I am getting better (by the seconds) each day. I’m having fun balancing and getting a workout following the exercises shown on YouTube and on the Gibbon Balance app.

Amazing, Fun, and Definitely works your core, butt, legs!

One word, Amazing!! The slackboard balance board is something Ihave really enjoyed, It’s simple but surprisingly effective way to add more movement and balance work throughout the day. I love that it doesn’t feel like a traditional workout, that's why I use it as much as I do! I can still feel my core and legs working while I’m using it. It’s Very well made, so easy to use and it doesn’t take up much space, so it’s easy to keep under my bed and pull it out each day. I really do use it consistently and it's definitely a fun way workout! I also love that on the board. It has a QR code for tips & tricks. I would highly recommend the Slackboard balance, it's such a well curated board!!
