FlexBuddy - The Ultimate Stretching Device

Another skeptic won over. Start slowly and do consistently. Already feeling the benefits from those well earned releases in my spine.

Works great,it makes it a lot easier to hold the stretch

A seemingly simply piece of equipment that is really great for stretching. I'll be buying these for Christmas presents.
