I had an issue with a shipment that was being returned, and instead of making things complicated, they simply upgraded me to the Ultra. The biscuit pro is a good product but not $250.00 good people that order in Canada expect to be scammed by your government you will have to give them more money for a product they didn't sell you not sure how they get to scam us but beware you will have to pay more money when they make you pick it up at the post office just an heads up my Canadian people.
