No one will respond to me about my defective unit

I have emailed three times in the last week and no one will respond about my level. I try to do everything to level it but it will not level and stop flashing.

Affordable Laser Level

I’ve never bought a laser level to level a yard and I also didn’t want to spend $1000 to do it. I bought this level with the tripod and the receiver and it is a thing of beauty! The lines are bright inside a house however outside it could be tough to see. That’s why I bought the receiver to go with it and the sound verification makes leveling slopes outside easy.
