Best Lip Stain I've Used

Thrive's lip defining stains are the best I've tried. One of the reasons is the applicator. So many lip stains use a brush like applicator which makes it challenging to apply the lip stain with precision. Thrive's applicator delivers the stain exactly where you put it. The colors are also beautiful. I will say they're a little darker than they look online but they still work for me. I will certainly be ordering more colors in the future. I hope Thrive plans to release more colors going forward.

Not as promised

I am a longtime customer from the beginning and I wanted this to be wonderful, but it was not. Right out of the box, it seemed like the pen was empty. I shook it, stored it upside down, but there was not enough ink to even outline my lips. The tip was like a dry felt tip marker, which turned fuzzy as I tried to use it. The little color I did get was not long lasting, nor was the color as marketed. I ordered Daniella, and it was much too red. On the plus side, Thrive responded quickly to send me a new shade, but unfortunately that too had very little ink or color.

Not only does this lip stain not stay on for even 2-3 hours, the color isn’t even close to the color it’s shown to be. Also even though I store it with the brush headed down, it’s difficult to get the color to apply. I use a lot of Thrive cosmetics, but this one is a real disappointment.
