Mexican Chiapas Coffee

Very smooth and not bitter at all. It has a chocolate foreword aroma but the flavor is subtle. It doesn't have layers of depth in the flavor, it decays slowly. A great coffee to have in rotation. I would not like to have it continually because it hits only one note for me. It is a great coffee to use in recipes like my rib rub or some sauces.

It is my favorite! Mind you have only tried your kite and key as well as the static resistor. I love mixing in some decaf with my coffee . . . Mexican Chiapas is so so good.💖
