Great Serum, slow shipping speed

Product is great, but whatever happened to JH's awesome shipping speed? I won't receive my product for almost two weeks on the dot. A couple years ago it was a week max. For products that some of us use daily, you'd really think that's something they prioritize without passing the cost onto the customer (wasn't before). Once again, I'm disappointed with a company that I've used for years on a near daily basis
