don't like them at all. i would return them if i could. they are mealy and chaulky.. i thought i had canceled them... to my disappointment i had another order i had to pay for. ohh.. and on top of that.. after taking them now for almost 2 months.. see no changes. total waste of money.

I wish I could give zero or even negative stars. I received three unusable solid blocks of gummy material. Customer service refused a full refund of $142.76 or replacement and stated, "Since this was reported well after the delivery date, we must assume the items were not retrieved promptly. Our policy requires that any issues be reported to us immediately; therefore, we cannot approve your return or exchange request at this time." Their assumption is completely untrue because the delivery was brought into an air-conditioned home when it was delivered, and I had no need to open it for two weeks. So how was I to know about the damage until then? Bottom line, I would highly recommend not conducting business with Bear Balanced due to their unwillingness to stand behind the quality of their delivered product and disappointingly poor customer service. I am out nearly $142.76 with nothing to show for it. Bear Balanced took my money and ran. BUYER BEWARE!
