So the reason I bought the padding is because noticing when you wear the unit crossbody

So the reason I bought the shoulder padding is because noticing when you wear the unit crossbody has a tendency to cut into your neck so in my opinion the padding is 100% required and definitely comfortable after you add it to your existing kit . Works great as expected

Great product but I think it should be included instead of a separate charge. Without the shoulder padding the strap is uncomfortable but I think they know that.

3 1/2 Stars Shoulder Strap

I rate this strap 3 1/2 stars because it did improve the comfort of strap when wearing the pack cross-body. That said there is still room for improvement in the padding.
