Go with Housewise / Customer Service is Terrible

Customer service is terrible. Know one responds immediately to emails, and there is know number to call. The package arrived in a plastic bag, and the box inside was destroyed, I ordered three and received one. It actually looked like I received someone's return. The instructions for set up, and use are not clear at all, and there is no video on line explaining the set up, and use. I should have went with Housewise. There response time was amazing, and they are begging me to do b business with them. I am still waiting for the delivery from these guys, maybe after reading this review someone will respond, better yet just credit my account.

Great product exactly what was expected easy set up only 2 minnor issues no fuel included but was not listed as having it so should have been added to order at sametime so my own fault also 2 nubs on one side of the base missing so slightly unlevel but easy fix. The Wife Loves it.

I thought the fire pit would be heavier than it is. There is not much material between the fire/heat area, and the surface area of wherever the pit is placed. Therefore you really need to monitor the surface area for heat/fire damage.
