SOLI AIR CANOPY

Love the Soli, not happy with customer service at all. Supposedly they have a referral program that gives you a code to give to friends, they get $20 off their purchase, you get $20 credit towards future orders........however, the code disappears as soon as you touch the box. "Sorry" was the comment I recieved, when i mentioned to customer service. Which is sad, because it was going to make it's debut at a big car show this wkend in the extreme temps, could have moved some units for them.

Seems to be good quality.....really heavy though

Updated my review to 5 stars after customer service contacted me and exchanged my canopy kit. The initial order had several problems. I will chalk that up to a bad, old unit. This new order is perfect! We love the canopy. Wish we went with the 12’ option however.
