Mise En Block

Honestly I was kind of skeptical of the Mise en Block Pro being too large upon arrival, but as soon as I got it in the kitchen and worked from it I can easily say it's well worth it and perfect for what it was made to do!!!

The unit itself is designed fairly well the rods lock in the blades and the pull up tray is nice for thick handled tools. the locking mechanism should have a better way to visually verify it is fully secure. Indicating arrows that touch perhaps, because if you fail to feel that “clunk” and fling the strap over your shoulder it could be disastrous. Maybe folding clamps and ss reinforced eyelets on a next gen.

Putting the tool section back in with the bristles makes it complicated. The clip on the strap failed immediately. And it’s hard to open. I like the idea. But it’s hard to use. I think it needs design improvements. I would not suggest it to my coworkers until those issues were fixed. Thanks. But for $150 that doesn’t feel like I got a good deal.
