Excellent product and customer service!

Truly gauranteed for life! I had one come a part at the collar where it was extremely difficult to put back together. It is not broken, but the rubber bottle came outside of the plastic snap on collar that holds the bottle to the cap/lid. They replaced it for free (minus shipping which is perfectly fine to me)! This device has come in so handle to have while on the road or stuck in a parking garage.
