Zenith 720S | 3658Pcs

Love it, however it arrived without a manual. Which was sent thank you. I've since had two occassions of missing pieces, submitted same on your website but I haven't received anything yet. Its frustrating to hold up the build for such a tiny piece, and on two occassions. It has now paused.

It took almost a full month to receive this order. The advertisements say 7-12 days to receive it after ordering. It also says that it ships from the United States. It was shipped to me from China. Packaging could have been better. I haven’t opened the box yet to see if anything was damaged or parts missing. You pay so much for these products. Why can’t they provide better shipping protection?
