ShadeME Pixelshaders

I do not typically leave negative reviews, but the customer service I experienced here was by far some of the worst I have encountered in my 20 years in the industry. My order remained stuck in "processing" for 12 days with absolutely no status updates. When I reached out to ask when the item would finally ship, the representative simply created a service ticket. I was promised a response within 48 hours, but no one ever followed through. My subsequent attempts to follow up and get an answer only resulted in a second service ticket, which was also completely ignored. I then requested to cancel my order for a full refund, but that request has been met with complete silence. A company cannot rely on automated ticketing systems if they refuse to actually communicate with their customers. Due to this complete lack of support, accountability, and reliability, I will not be ordering from them again.
