Great skin care however, pumps are always defective

I have been using the Jan Marini skin care line for several years. Great products and my skin has never looked better… However, they switched their packaging and half the time when I receive my items the pumps never work and will not dispensed product. Very frustrating because I constantly run out and have to get a new shipment only to return it because the pumps do not work because of that reason I’m considering going to a new skin care line just haven’t found one yet.

I god a different skin type. I ordered for dry skin and u received for mixed skin. I didn’t received any answer about my concern.

This is an awesome set. My skin looks so good when I use it how it's intended, however the last 2 times I bought it, the C-Esta Syrum didn't pump out. When I contacted customer service the first time, they sent me a replacement Syrum. I bought another pack and the same thing happened. It works well when you use the whole set in its order, so now I'm just wasting my money now since I'm missing the C-Esta Syrum all over again. This costs way too much money to have defective products 2 times in a row. When I emailed customer service the first time they said it was a known issue with the Syrum, in particular and didn't ask me too many questions before they sent me the replacement serum. I feel like I'm just wasting my money at this point. This costs $360 and it keeps coming defective. Smh
