Awesome quality. Used them to replace the factory soles in the Redwing Weekender Chukka (also ortholite). The leather top of the insole…… soooo much better than the synthetic.

I've only had these for a couple of weeks so I can't speak to any long term experiences but thus far I had been very satisfied. I tossed them in a pair of Thorogood, which have always been a little hard under foot, and noticed a pretty immediate change in comfort. Also noticeably less smell that the insoles that came with the boots even after a long day out in the Texas heat.
